Religious freedom’ is a ruse and a neo-colonial weapon used by the West to impose Christianity on Asian and African nations. The secular-left and Christians – as well as westerners – insist that religious freedom should be sacrosanct. However, what they really mean is that Christian missionaries should be free to spread Christianity and supplant native religions with it. They insist that the West should be free to fund Christian proselytism and that nobody dares to interfere with it.
Religious freedom extended to Christianity is one-sided and comes at the expense of:

1. Native religions (e.g., Hinduism, tribal religions) which are not expansionist, congregational, or are funded.
2. The freedom of children to grow up without imprinting their impressionable minds with a hateful, intolerant, and toxic ideology like Christianity that condemns non-believers to eternal damnation and justifies exterminating them.

So, next time someone says religious freedom, point out that extending freedom to a lethal virus to invade the host would kill the host. Christianity is a memetic virus which destroys the host it invades. India should have the right to safeguard native religious traditions by suppressing Christianity.

Religious freedom, as the West advocates it, is in no way different from advocating the rights of a rapist at the expense of his female victim. It is in no way different from advocating the rights of a bully in a schoolyard at the expense of the nice kid. This sort of religious freedom has no place in a civilized society.
